Introduction
Although my flights in 2017 included return trips to Scottsdale AZ USA, San Jose CA USA, Tallinn Estonia, Lisbon Portugal, Boston MA USA, Atlanta GA USA, and Cancun MX, I didn’t organize my travel well enough to maintain Gold Status with Star Alliance. Sadly, I also lost my M Life gold status with the MGM in Las Vegas too.
That got me thinking: Now that I need to start from scratch, what is the shortest path to achieve “Gold” Status and maintain it. My research, including reading and a pile of international phone calls, got me thinking that I should share my recently acquired knowledge with others (and document it so that I don’t forget it)!
