We are very pleased to announce after strict peer-review, the NATO CCDCOE CyCon 2021 “Going Viral” team has selected our “Cyber Personhood” paper as part of their conference proceedings. The book includes a paper from two of our team members, Neal KUSHWAHA and Dr. Bruce WATSON along with Keir GILES (Conflict Studies Research Centre, UK), and Dr. Tassilo SINGER.
Our paper is chapter 15 of the 13th annual CyCon 2021 proceedings titled Cyber Personhood.
